I had a wonderful experience here at MINT Dentistry! The other day, I went in for a regular dental cleaning & I was blown away by how not only beautiful this place was with their decor, but how friendly & professional everyone was too! This was my first time here & the forms you have to fill out on the tablet, were straightforward & then, I was taken into the back right after for X-rays, then onto the dental cleaning. The technology/medical devices they use are really high tech & innovative too! My dental hygienist was thorough, yet gentle & the dentist that came in after my cleaning was so nice as well. I’m booked for my next cleaning in 6mos & can’t wait! Thank you all for everything! More

I had a great experience here today. The hygienist Chalay, did my cleaning and she was great! She would check on me to make sure I was doing good. Sometimes I get anxious that I will be hurt during a cleaning but that was not the case. I’ve been to several dental offices over the years, (private and corporate) & this has been the best. I feel like they do not over book the schedule, you are usually in and out at a good time frame. Everyone was kind, calm, took their time & I never felt like they were rushed to get me out. I listened to music and got a chair massage while getting my cleaning. Everyone was kind. Thank you! More

This is my second time at this location. I brought my son (16 month old) in for his first visit to the dentist. Dr Xavier was very helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions for my son and I. Heber did my cleaning. He was very thorough with this and personable. He did a great job throughout the process checking to make sure I was comfortable and all. I did not get the name of the ladies that helped with the X-rays and doing intake for my son but they were great as well. Very patient. More

Loved my experience! The staff is incredible and everything is no clean. I had a cleaning done but had no child care in place so I took my daughter in with me and although she had her moments of chaos, the staff made me feel so comfortable and even attempted to keep my daughter distracted enough for my cleaning! Will never go anywhere else after that experience ❤️ More

This is the best office I’ve been to in years. From the front desk to the back was awesome. Dr. Caglia is the best. Found my problem and gave me great solutions on what to do. Nikki did the cleaning she was awesome and very nice. The assistants Sabrina, Maria,and Alana were very welcoming as well. They also give out these free nice sunglasses and things for my mouth after the cleaning. More

Great visit! Good dental cleaning. My filling was done same visit after X-rays revealed a cavity. They offer a payment plan as well once a deposit is made based on your insurance copay. More

I haven’t used their service for years. I looked back at bank statements and the last 2 years and I was getting charged for a membership that I didn’t know I had. I wanted to try them out. I went once for a cleaning that ended up costing me like $600 and filling and idk what else. I paid more than $1000 and told myself I would not go back and I didn’t. I don’t pay more than $200 where I go now. They took care of it 👍 More

The treatment I received today was like no other treatment I’ve ever received while going to the dentist. They are very fancy, at least that’s what I kept telling them! I was very comfortable. The massages chairs and Netflix really helped! And I like that you get a pair of sunglasses for when they start working on you, you have something to dim the light a little so you’re not being blind! The person who did my cleaning, names starts with an “H”, talked me through the entire process the whole time and made sure I was comfortable because I told him beforehand that I don’t like going to dentist so he did everything to make sure I knew what he doing before he did it! Aaahhhh…this is how it should be when you go to the dentist! X-rays, cleaning and then the dentist gives you an exam and then goes over your records and cost to do anything that’s needed. This location is the only Mint location I will go to ever again!! More

The girl at the front desk was nice, the tech who did my x-rays was awesome, Dr. Kaylin was sweet&took her time, and the doctor that performed my cleaning was thorough and made sure to check in throughout the whole process. Friendly staff, quick and efficient. Anxiety free teeth cleaning while getting to watch my Netflix shows in the process. You get whitening gel every visit and they never make me feel bad about my teeth! Love this place. More

We switch to a different dentist office and decided to give MINT Dentistry a try for my wife's routine cleaning and one refill. She was very pleased with her treatment and the staff at this location were super friendly and nice. She really loves the massage chair and can watch any shows on the TV while she waited. She convinced me and rest of our family members to switch over to this location. More

Today was my first time at a Mint Dentistry, and I have to say I will never go back to anyone else! Amazing care from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist! Heber made sure that I was comfortable the entire cleaning process. I generally have anxiety about visiting the dentist even for a cleaning, but they played music that I chose to calm me, the chair had a heat option and a massage option to help me relax even more. My family loves Mint Dentistry, especially the Horne St. location. The atmosphere is top notch. Your experience will definitely not be like your normal boring dentist visit. They provide iPads while you wait & cool shades during the procedure. The staff is always extremely friendly & they do an outstanding job explaining in detail how the appointment went. Went to Mint on In west Fort Worth (Horne) and my experience was great. The place is welcoming. I started off with Mark the assistant and i would request him each time if i could . My hygienist Paige was very sweet and accurate with my cleaning. I finished off with Gloria , she was very informative and and nice. She broke down everything so it made sense. I had a wonderful experience at mint dentistry. I arrived 30 min early and there were able to get me back within 5 minutes. The dental assistant Nina helped me through the x- rays while being patient and setting up NETFLIX. The dentist Dr. Kim was very thorough. Then the hygienist came in to do the cleaning (Heber)! He was amazing and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions and took his time with my cleaning....Then when all was over office manager Gloria came to give over treatment plan. She was also very knowledgeable and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience! More

Maria was great explaining every step of the process with xrays and was gentle with impressions for FREE teeth whitening! They reviewed current medications and triple checked I didn’t have any allergies. There’s been sometimes I never see the dentist themselves, but not at Mint! Dr Wyatt came in to evaluate my teeth and asked questions about tooth pain, any dental problems, etc. Elyse was my dental hygienist who came in with a great attitude! She also explained the process and asked if I had any sensitive areas and was consciences of my comfortable level the entire tome. Upon check out Rochelle again greeted me with a great attitude and smile, reviewing my next scheduled appointment. So happy I made the change to Mint!! More

Greeted by the dentist Dr. Wyatt who gave me great news thy I had no cavities 🤪 and then the amazing dental hygienist Heber!!!! Omg he has the hands of an angel and a baby combined. He was excellent with my dental cleaning and went above and beyond by educating me while he was cleaning my teeth. Great experience as soon as I walked in the door, Liz that gave me all the paper work and iPad to sign consent forms, then Andrew the X-ray tech was super friendly and careful while taking X-rays with the high tech X-ray gun... I then was seen by Dr Duong that reviewed my X-rays and she examined my teeth... she was super nice and very careful... Then got my teeth cleaned by Heber, very knowledgeable and also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth.. finally my visit ended with Rochelle that review my visit... everyone was so professional and friendly... plus I got my free whitening kit.. Mai was amazing at my cleaning, she was able to remove a stain I had on my front tooth for years that hadn't previously been removed with cleanings at other dentists. So I needed a new dentist and I kept hearing how Good Mint dentistry was so I decided to take my son on his first Birthday today 02/08/19 and myself to get checkups. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING HANDS DOWN. Everyone was so customer friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I have heard a lot about Mint Dentistry and everything that I have heard is exactly how it was advertised free teeth whitening for new patients all that. They dont pressure you into doing anything that you do not want to do. I definitely will become a regular patient and refer everyone I know to them. I have been going to the Mint location on Horne Street in Fort Worth TX for about 1 year and I have been very satisfied with their services. If you have PPO dental insurance and you also have their $5.00 per month “smile more plan”, it is an extremely inexpensive way to take better care of yourself and your teeth. This week, I had my annual x-rays, 6 month cleaning and two fillings for cavities and only spent $50.00!!!! The staff are very nice and they make every effort to be honest about any possible wait times, as well as making sure you are as comfortable as possible during your visit! More

First off, let me point out that my top two favorite things right off the bat, was the fact that I was able to schedule an appointment online as a new patient AND the fact that I was able to get in the next day. A very modern dental experience. I made my appointment online and they were able to see me same week. Their receptionist Kendall was so friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with complimentary Mint sunglasses. Ashley took me to the back to get my X rays and 3D imaging. She showed me to my room where she set up Netflix for me to watch while I waited. Their dental chairs are also massage chairs (nice touch). I needed a filling and wisdom teeth removal, so Rochelle printed out my dental plan and was so helpful in explaining my options for treatment, referrals and payment. Dr. Duong was so kind and her team (Aracely and Heber) did an awesome job with my cleaning and filling. Not to mention they were super quick! Great staff, they listen to you! I'm not a dentist, but I thought they made an incorrect note on my plan for future fillings; they had noted a tooth needed a filling but in fact they had determined in my previous visit i just needed a bite adjustment. I pointed this out and they didn't take offence or anything, they looked again and agreed. It's so nice to have a doctor communicate with you instead of preaching at you! They made me feel acknowledged and comfortable. The multi-dentist approach is really reassuring. Everyone was so customer friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I have heard a lot about Mint Dentistry and everything that I have heard is exactly how it was advertised free teeth whitening for new patients all that. They dont pressure you into doing anything that you do not want to do. I definitely will become a regular patient and refer everyone I know to them. They offer iPads, water and headphones while you wait and also give you the choice to watch Netflix, hulu or listen to pandora while in the back getting treatment. More

I was skeptical at first because of the phone persons who scheduled me. They were all about insurance before even checking for availability, but I decided to go ahead and try the place out. Walking in, I was afraid. I don't like goin to the dentist. But Mint Dentistry is not what they advertise. They are wayyyyyy better. Andrew, the dental assistant, talked me through each step and made sure I was doing ok. Guess he noticed my apprehension. Ms. Polly , the hygienist, Polly was more than a blessing. She took care of me and got my teeth cleaned and polished. Even with the wisdom tooth that hurts every now and then. I can't tell you how the receptionist greet you and actually make you feel as if you are anywhere but the dentist office. The Dentist, Dr. Kim, has such a soothing demeanor. The way he relayed my dental hygiene information is a 5 star step above ANY DENTIST that I have ever seen in my 32 years of living. Phenomenal customer service! All of the staff are very knowledgeable about he services. They also give you beats headphones, shades and a mini Ipad so that you can relax while your getting your teeth filled or cleaned etc. I will definitely be coming back.
